Is Bakuchiol the same as retinol?

No. While Bakuchiol and retinol can deliver similar visible skincare benefits, they are completely different ingredients. Bakuchiol is naturally derived from the Babchi plant, whereas retinol is a form of Vitamin A.

Can Bakuchiol be used during the day?
