At Bloom Organics, every order is prepared with care in our Airlie Beach studio, Queensland, Australia.

Whether you're shopping locally or discovering Bloom from the other side of the world, we want your experience to be as beautiful as the products inside your parcel.

Order Processing

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.

Business days exclude weekends and Queensland public holidays.

During busy periods, promotional events or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. We'll contact you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Within Australia 🇦🇺

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Customers can select from available delivery options at checkout, including:

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

Delivery estimates are calculated from dispatch and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post's network.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery method selected.

Any applicable free-shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping 🌏

We're delighted to offer international shipping from our Australian studio.

We currently ship to selected destinations, including:

• United States and Canada
• United Kingdom and Ireland
• Selected European countries

International orders are shipped using Australia Post International Standard.

Estimated international delivery times:

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not guaranteed delivery dates.

International delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, public holidays and circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the weight of your order and destination.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs processing charges imposed by the destination country.

Bloom Organics uses Australia Post and its international customs processing arrangements, including Zonos where applicable, to facilitate international shipments.

Where import duties or taxes are prepaid as part of the shipping process, these charges are managed through our shipping provider.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, international customers remain responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges not included in their order total.

We recommend checking your country's import requirements before placing an order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

You can use this information to follow your parcel's journey through Australia Post and its international delivery partners.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@bloomorganics.au.

We'll do our best to assist before dispatch.

If a parcel is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage charges may apply before it can be resent.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

Although we take great care when preparing and dispatching orders, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist with tracking and enquiries through Australia Post.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@bloomorganics.au with your order number and photographs where possible.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
